I am uploading a document to the receipt hub but nothing is appearing. I have tried dragging and uploading. Checked tagged and untagged but nothing shows up.

Do you mind if I ask you a few more questions to try and get to the bottom of this?
- Which browser are you using? E.g. Chrome, Safari or Microsoft Edge
- Have you tried any other method of uploading you documents e.g. emailing them into receipt hub or have you connected DropBox?
- When your document is attempting to upload, do you see a progress bar at all?
- Are you seeing any error messages at all?
Tried from chrome and firefox .
E-mailing the recepipt works uploading doesnt.
See a progress bar and a grey tick but nothing appears.
Not seeing any error.

I’ve just tried this on our end and it seems to work all OK.
Can I just check what type of file(s) you’re having issues with please?
Ok so it seems to be just the one particular pdf with the issue I have tried different pdf and it works no problem. I have emailed the troublesome pdf as a workaround.
