Receipts sent to Receipt Hub missing

Up until a few days ago I would send receipts, invoices, etc. via Gmail from the 2 email accounts on file (account settings) and direct through Fast Scanner (android). These are now no longer appearing. I’ve read previous issues regarding spam filtering in quickfile, and can’t see any issues in my account set-up.

Are their any issues with receipt hub or am I missing something?

It may be the case that they’ve been caught up in our spam filter. This is checked periodically and any genuine emails are released, but it is a manual process.

I’ve just done this, so they may appear in the account shortly.

However, I will send you a private message to get some details from you, and I’ll take a look at this.
