Recharge customer for the extra cost incurred

Hi, how do I recharge a customer at a later date without asking for the card details? I booked a shipment for a customer and they paid the full amount that same day. After a week FedEx invoiced us some extra charges incurred due to greater weight than what was declared. Customer declared 50kg but the correct weight is 75kg, so I need to be able to charge the customer on that same card without out needing to request the card details.

This would be something you would need to contact your card payment processor. Unfortunately that is not something we can help with.
