Reconciling my account

Hi i’m having major difficulties reconciling my account - its over 30k short of the actual amount - ive noticed going back through to nov 23 there are duplicate outgoing entries ? is there a quick way of removing these once they’ve been tagged ?

To delete items you can click the red cross to the right of them.

I would reccomend checking what they are tagged against,

For example if it is an entry tagged against an invoice, is the invoice a duplicate? as deleting the bank transaction will mark the invoice outstanding again. If the invoice is a duplicate you may also need to delete it as your sales/purchases will also be incorrect.

Duplicates aside, I would also reccomend checking the opening balance on the account to ensure it is accurate (View the account > Options > Settings) as the balance on the account is made up of all transactions plus the opening balance.
