Reconnecting to HMRC

Hello,

A couple of our clients, who submit their own vat returns are struggling to reconnect to HMRC. As I dont have authorisation to process their VAT, I cant reconnect to HMRC for them. How would they do this please?

Its probably HMRC servers, I was having issue with submitting CT return yesterday for a client, it worked today though

As @FaradayKeynes pointed out, HMRC were having problems yesterday which meant that the majority of our users were unable to submit their VAT Returns. These issues are now showing as resolved. So your clients should now be able to submit their returns.

If your clients are still having problems, please don’t hesitate to get back in touch and we can take a look to see if there are any other problems.
