Recurring payments for Digitae

Hi,
Below two customer that i created to pick the amount on 28th of each month but I think i am not sure how to collect payment for Gazette Limited.

I called GoCardless, and they have suggested that i should contact you on how to set up the ongoing direct debit.

Please can you email me the steps?

since it’s 02 August do i ask the customer to pay for this month ?
