Refund credit held on account

Apply a refund to a supplier account in credit, not against a purchase

If you want to refund a a credit on account here’s how (applies to both suppliers and clients): Go to the supplier detail screen. Go to the view menu and show all payments. Look for a payment marked as This payment is currently unallocated, click to view this payment. Now you will see a button to Refund Balance [image] You can select which bank account to refund to, make sure also to match the date as per your bank statement. Hope that helps!
