Refund to director

Hi

A director has used a personal gift card to pay a supplier (Amazon)

I have a prepayment on Amazon and want to transfer this balance to a directors loan account therefore reducing the balance on this account

Is this possible?

Hi @Twins1998

If you go into the prepayment you can refund the balance and select the the Directors Loan Account. Is this what you mean?
