Remittance advice button in client area

Button in client area for customers to send us notification of payment by bank transfer or say a cheque is in the post.

This would send a Quick File message or email to a finance contact who can check the bank account and then update the invoice as paid. The remittance advice feature would not automatically update invoices as paid.

This was on the old Get Satisfaction system, but is still outstanding.

This is not an area we are planning to implement at this stage. It is however a fairly simple feature to add and it would be very useful… I will bounce it over to our developers for further consideration. We are very busy working on other areas at the moment so I can’t provide any indication if or when this will be implemented.
