Remittance Advice tick box not showing

Hi,

I’m trying to log a payment against an invoice, but the tick box to send notification to the supplier isn’t showing any more…

Any thoughts?

First things first - does the supplier that invoice relates to have an email address recorded against it?

I’ve tried to do this on a test account, and it appears fine, so just want to check the basics first!

Yep no email address for the supplier loaded.
