I really don’t want to offer all my customers online payment options, but I don’t want to have to delete the setup to Stripe/GoCardless etc. I have “Hide online payment” option ticked but it still shows up as an option on client area statements.
Can’t find how to globally turn it off - last time I made this mistake with Stripe it cost me a lot in fees! Hopefully it has been resolved by now…
Have you checked the settings in the individual clients? You will have to disable it per client, it is automatically on for all if you’ve got Stripe/GoCardless set up.
