Is there anyway to change the statements sent out to customers so that the invoice numbers on them are not clickable links?
We will be producing invoices in another system and just importing the totals and VAT for each invoice. However, the statements QuickFile sends out has links to QuickFile invoices on them, which won’t match the full invoice we will have already sent to the customer.
Thanks for replying. We don’t currently have a Power user subscription, although we will need one if we decide to go with QuickFile. I wanted to know if this was possible before committing.
Yes, it’s the pdf file. On viewing a client, I click view -> Statement then either the Send or Print button.
Actually looking at the links, they look wrong anyway, they go to https://azurelive.quickfile.co.uk/sales/preview?invoiceID=xxxxxxxx where xxxxxxxx is an actual invoice ID. Which then just redirects to the QuickFile home page https://www.quickfile.co.uk/. Note that azurelive.quickfile.co.uk is not our company login link.
The azurelive link you’re seeing is a default setting and those link will probably just bounce back to the home screen. Something is not right there so we will look into this ASAP and update. It’s likely that the HTML links will be completely disabled for the PDF version.
