Removing online payment option even thought it's been disabled

Hi,

Although I have disabled the payment option it still appears on my invoices as boxed text above my items and description as ’ Pay Online at: https://(my company name). quickfile.co.uk’

How can I remove this from my invoice? I only noticed this when I went to print it. Annoyingly this is another thing that doesn’t show in the screen draft but does when print out or produce a PDF.

I would love to change this hidden element thing with QF to basically what you see on screen is what you send.

Are you referring to the box that appears if the client is viewing the invoice on their client portal?

Hi Beth,

It was actually on the print out when I printed from my invoice screen. I’ve cut out a screen grab and attached it to this message. The thing is, although I use Stripe for some payments outside of QF, I’ve not actually activated Stripe on my payment options, so can’t work out why it’s appearing on the print out?

you can remove from your invoices settings Account Settings > Invoice customisation

So yes, this box automatically appears on pdf invoices but can be removed from the settings.

The box that appears on the client dashboard can’t be removed by a tickbox but you could use CSS to hide it if needed
