Reply & SMTP

When clients ‘reply’ the e-mail is not coming through to my e-mail address. I have tried entering the SMTP settings manually and I’m being presented with the following error message:

It looks like there was a problem reaching your SMTP service
Error Message Failure sending mail.
More Details The remote name could not be resolved: ‘smtp-out.iomartmail.com

Any advice?

When we try to connect to the SMTP server (smtp-out.iomartmail.com), it doesn’t actually come back as an IP address:

A previous post (here) suggests it should be mail.iomartmail.com. Are you able to try this please?

No luck with the above.

I would contact your email provider to double check the settings you need to use. The post I linked to is a little old now, so it may not be correct.
