Having read previous blogs i tried to set him up as a new team member but encountered this.
“This Email address has already been registered to another QuickFile account. To manage multiple QuickFile accounts from a single email login please register to use Affinity”
Not long to Self Assent deadline and need to resolve this one quickly, any ideas??
Panicked! now resolved, hadn’t deleted his old team details before entering as a new team member.
would be really good if there could be a resend login details to a team member !!
If you remove a user and add them again, there’s an option to email the login credentials:
Thanks Glen, but as i said the trick is to delete old login account first.
