Resending login details to accountant

How do I resend an invitation to my accountant to login. They lost the first invitation.

Hello @John_Charnock1

You should be able to delete the user and add them in again so a fresh invitation is send.

This can be don by logging in and going to Account Settings > Team Management

I get a bounce email error, what does that mean ?

Yes I an remove it but the recipient does not receive the email invite and then I remove it and it goes full circle
