Reset accounts query

I have made mistakes in My Stripe holding account and want to clear all the existing entries and start again. My question is can I just manually delete the entries and input new correct ones?

I only have 10 entries from the start of March and want to ensure everything balances at the year end.

Yes you can delete bank entries. Any invoices tagged to the transactions will revert to unpaid rather than be deleted.
