Reset password but then it says too many login attempts made

Reset password but then can’t login as it says too many login attempts made
Account is Giles Hudson t/a Giles Hudson Marketing Communication Solutions

“Too many unsuccessful login attempts made, please retry in 5 minutes.”

Tried it twice now to no avail, closed browser, etc…
Thoughts?
