Hi there,

I have a new seasonal employee working on my accounts, however I do not want them having access to past years data.

I want them to start from a clean slate so to speak, with no data other than that which they are inputting from this financial year (from 01/10/18).

Is this possible?

Hi @Paul_Mason

This isn’t possible unfortunately. You can lock transactions (using the account lock settings in Account Settings >> All Settings), but this only prevents them from being modified.
