Revolut feed not reconnecting

Hi, overnight had a message from Quickfile that the company’s Revolut bank account feed has been stopped. It said ‘we have encountered an error and paused your feed as a result’. I tried to revoke access and reconnect again. The Revolut reconnection confirms successful, but nothing appears in the Quickfile bank feed page. Its like nothing is connected. Any ideas on what I can do? Thanks!

Wait until tomorrow.

If the feed has been successfully reconnected then it should pull in any new transactions next time the feed runs, which will probably be overnight tonight.

I checked the account linked to your email and there is an active bank feed subscription but there is no bank feeds listed on the account.

If you have removed this can you please try reconnecting it.

Thank you. I have authorised the feed through Revolut and when I authorise all the bank account feeds are tagged to ON. It is just that they are not showing in Quickfile after authorisation.

The status of all 3 attempts today show “pending”, means that we haven’t received an access token from a bank.

We have added some extra logging to your account, can you please revoke the connection and then reconnect it.

Can you also please give a detailed description of what you see when you are returning form the Revolut consent screen

Thank you! Whatever you did has worked. How do I make sure now that no transactions were missed from the feed since yesterday?

You can try refreshing the feeds manually if you wish (click “Active Feed > Refresh“)

The feeds will only import fully booked/cleared transactions.
