Routine emails reply-to address

Hi,

we recently switch over to office 365 and our email reply address is a shared mail box in office 365, we have no issues receving from this mail account from other user but if we reply via an order or invoice from Quickfile we dont recieve it, this work fine previous to our switch over to 365.

Hi @PAUL_SMITH1

Just to confirm, you’re receiving emails to this address all OK, but if someone replies to an email sent through QuickFile using your SMTP server, they don’t reach you.

Is that right?
