Hi,
The system allowing us to save items while creating a sale invoice. I would like to know if we can get itemised annual sales figures/ for those saved items.

You can get an itemised report of the invoices from your backup reports.

If you use the sales inventory, you can also get a quantity used within a date range.

Sales > Sales Inventory > Search > Tick “Show quantity used” > Enter a date range > Submit search

Not from within the software but you could get these values from the backup spreadsheet mentioned in the first option.
