We have sold the franchise we owned as a TOGC. We have retained the linited company.
We agreed a payment schedule over a 3 year period. The business transferred on April 1st 2016 and they are making regularlymonthly payments. Ho do I set it upm so that hese payments can be tracked and “called off” what is a sort of loan (I guess?).
