Sales and Purchase Transactions lists for each quarter

Hi,

HMRC have asked me to email csvs containing Sales and Purchase Transactions lists for each quarter. Now, when I go to the search function under invoices etc, I get a maximum of 50 rows (when I have several hundred rows). How can I export a CSV for the full date range?

Hello @dipens

If the information relates to a vat return you can also export the relevant return which will give a CSV file showing each of the boxes for the return broken down to transaction level.

You also can get these from the backup (which exports csv files of each of your ledgers).
