Sales Invoices & General Ledger

Hello

I started to raise some sales invoices and strangely they seem to be allocated against capital expenditure in the general ledger (GL account 0012) instead of Sales (GL account 4000).

I can run the P&L and the TB reports but not the Balance Sheet. The error code is 500.

Finally, how do I submit a ticket to Quickfile?

It could be to do with the recent changes that allow sales invoices to be coded in other general ledger accounts, fair enough but the default should be Sales not Fixed Assets. There is no option to change the defaults when creating a new client or a new invoice either.

I hope somebody will tell me why the balance sheet does not show up? I have this message whenever I try to see it.
