Sales section no not loading?

Hi most of the Sales section is showing LOADING INVOICES, same for estimates and other sales related info but does not load anything?

We’re not seeing any issues at the moment. Is this only on QuickFile, or are any other websites affected?

As far as I know no other websites, most of your site is running ok, not checked everything, but I can say I can see Purchase Management and this loads ok, by clicking Sales tab for Dashboard - Invoice Management is showing the gear wheel LOADING INVOICES, same for

show all sales,
outstanding invoices
recurring invoices (although I don’t have any)
estimate (although I don’t have any)

All others in sales tab seem to load and work?

Do you have any custom scripts on your account that have been added as part of your Power User Subscription (if you have one)?

What’s the last 3 digits of your QuickFile account number - I’ll take a quick look to see if everything is working as it should be.

Everything looks to be loading from my side all OK. Could you try a hard refresh please, by pressing both Ctrl + F5 at the same time, when you’re viewing that page?

Hi Ctrl+F5 has had no effect, however I have just logged out using Internet Explorer and then logged in to a different browser Mozilla Firefox, and all is working, so seems something with Internet Explorer?
Any clues as why this is ?

What version of Internet Explorer (IE) are you using? IE is an older browser now and was replaced by Edge. Where possible, I would advise upgrading.

Just logged onto another PC which again was working with win7 IE11, and is showing the same issue.
I am not a coder so apologises if what I’m posting is nonsense.
I have run F12 debug and found an expected script error on both PC’s so not sure if this is a coding error or us?
