Hi, I’m having the same issues, a client is just off the phone to say his hasn’t updated in 3 days, prior to that it was patchy for a week or so. The status is showing as OK on the system, he’s deleted the and set it up again but no luck. I can give you his company file number in a PM if you can check it.
