HI. Is there a way of sending a draft copy of an invoice to my boss to be authorized before sending to our client?

There are a few of ways to do this.

You could Preview > Print and download the PDF file and email for you boss.
Or
You could do a screenshot and paste it into an email for you boss.
Or
You could use the snipping tool in windows (like a screenshot)
Preview > Press Windows key + SHIFT + S > Select the area you wish to snip > paste it into an email for you boss.
