Server communication problem via API

Hi - it seems as though we have a communication issue with your server and we are getting error, as follow:

"1Cannot load the schema for the namespace ‘http://www.Quickfile.co.uk’ - The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel.’

I have spoken with our database builder and he has told me this is a communication issue with your server.

Please help ASAP, as we are not able to process new jobs until sorted, thank you.

We are looking into a problem with the API at the moment. We will try to get this resolved as soon as possible.
