Server Ip address blocked

Hello

We have two instances with different domain name and accounts.

  1. http://practice.openlocumchambers.co.uk ( Quick file account: 6131481967 )
  2. http://medco_practice.lcol.co.uk ( Quick File account: 6131481950 )

Both are not working, Due to Quick file has been blocked our server IP address: 188.227.169.50

I would request to you please unblock our server IP address so these instance will work fine.

There was some problem regarding to API call with wrong id, We have resolved that.

We’ve white listed that IP for you again. Unfortunately last time we continued to receive a high number of irregular calls. Hopefully that should now work fine!

I’m afraid we’ve had to reapply the block. The issue is still not resolved, I think we received around 1,000 invalid calls in the last 24 hrs. These are repetitive calls with the invoice ID set to -1, the account in question only has a few invoices so the volume is way out. Can you please ask your developer to look into this, thanks.

We have added condition for invoice id and now it will not call quick file api with Dummy id, Please unblock IP Address.
