Set up for previous years

I have just started Quickfile. I have been trading for 2 years and want to put the previuos years onto Quickfile?

When you start using QuickFile, usually you would start with opening balances from the previous year from your closing trial balance.

You could do this with a trial balance from 2 years ago if you wish.

You can then import csv files for your sales, purchases and bank statements

Once entered you can then run the year end process to clear each year down.

Please just be aware that our pricing structure is based on the number of nominal entries entered in the las 12 months. A Power User Subscription (£60+vat) is required once this reaches 1000 posting in the last 12 months.

That’s fine you can import your trial balance up to 05/04/2023 or enter it manually as a journal
