Setting 1st year end date

Very much a newbee here. I have an Affinity account. Setting up new client to write up their books for year end 31st March 2019. Its saying it has to be a date in the future? Help. This is in GENERAL SETTINGS

Simply set it up for 31st March 2020.

Then when you apply all the entries make sure you use the correct date , between 1st April 2018 and 31st March 2019. When you look at look at the P & L it will default to the current year but simply go back to “Previous Year” and your figures will be there :slight_smile:
