When trying to add purchase invoice files to either the home page or Receipt Hub, it can take several attempts for the file to appear in the list, if at all. These are generally pdf files, but the same with jpg, etc.
This used to work much more seamlessly and has only recently started to become an issue. I haven’t been working on the accounts much, so may date back 3-4 months.
I am using Safari on Mac.

There hasn’t been any other reports about this and I am not seeing any errors generated.
Are you able to test using another browser?
Have you tried clearing the browser cache etc?

I did try using Firefox on my Mac which is my alternative browser when I have issues. This was the same.
Update on this, it appears to be back to normal now. I am at a different location now though. I was at home, now at the office, both have good connections typically.
