Show all transactions in 1 Excel file for a specific month of P&L

I often go through the P&L on a monthly basis and make sure the categories have the correct transactions and that we not missed anything.

Is there anyway to do an export of all P&L items on a monthly basis showing the reference, supplier and what category they were posted to in the P&L?

Maybe some kind of custom reporting function? Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi @darrell_j_freeman,

If you go to the chart of accounts - you can set the date range and export it, this should give you what you want.

If you expand all of the rows this will give you the most information available like the description of the invoices etc.
