Small business fee charged

Hi,
I run a small 1 man business & started using quick file last year even though I needed itemised billing.
So I use my old QuickBooks for the invoicing & quick file for the VAT.
I have just been notified I have gone over the 1000 entries so will be charged £60+vat.
To some it might not be a lot but it’s an extra bill I could do without.
I presume this is setting up the account as well as the small amount of running transactions.
Does anyone know, if next year I am under the 1000 entries will I automatically be charged or not…

We do not automatically charge, we will however notify you when your subscription is due to expire.

If you are under 1000 nominal postings in your last 12 month period you do not have to renew and would revert to our free tier, if you are over and do not renew you would see a request for payment screen as accounts with over 1000 nominal postings in your last 12 month period require a subscription to continue using QuickFile.

You can check your usage at any point by going to Account Settings > All Settings > Audit Tab > Account Usage Report
