Do you already have a feed connected to Virgin Money? QuickFile only allows one active feed per bank but that feed can include data for more than one account. However, the set of accounts that the feed includes is fixed at the point where the feed was set up.

So if you have a bank account and a credit card under the same Virgin login then you will need to revoke your current Virgin bank feed, then set up a fresh one in which you authorise both accounts rather than just the current account.
