SMTP deactivated

Good morning

I have today received an error message saying that the account had been deactivated. On Friday our email server supplier experienced half a day being down and I am wondering if this would have affected you sending us something. Just to confirm that I have today received messages from yourselves regarding acceptance of a couple of my estimates, so am now wondering if this is sorted. Can you please check and come back to me.

Hi @sme

That could likely have been the cause for it being disabled. We won’t automatically re-enable it, but you can do so from within your account settings.

That said, any emails sent once it’s been deactivated will be sent from our default email address.
