SMTP setup - 500 - Server Error

I am trying to set up email sending over SMTP. I have 3 Quickfile accounts, and have been able to get this working fine on 2 of them, but each time I try and save the SMTP settings on one of the accounts, I get a 500 Server Error. It doesn’t seem to even be trying to connect, that immediately pops up when I hit sent. I have tried an alternative browser in case there was a cookie issue. Could you check if anything is for some reason blocking SMTP on one particular account please? Its (http://hemsworth.quickfile.co.uk)

I tried a test email using your settings and I got the below error

SMTP Exception: Transaction failed. The server response was: 5.7.1 : Client host rejected: Access denied

Thats odd, I tried again and got the 500 Error. Just managed to fix it though: I ‘Deleted’ the SMTP settings and started over rather than just trying to save new settings. That seems to have solved the glitch, and it worked first time.
