SMTP setup doesnt work

Hi,

I am trying to setup SMTP :slight_smile:
Port: 465
From Address: accounts@xxxx
From Name: Accounts
Host name: smtp.zoho.com
Username: correct
Password: correct
Enable SSL: y

However getting error message:

Error Message: The operation has timed out.

More Details: Your SMTP server did not reply in a timely fashion. Please ensure the port number is correct and any firewall on the SMTP server is allowing outside access.

Though tried from Apple mail and it works fine. Is it possible to solve this issue?

solved by choosing port 587 with SSL
