SMTP setup fails


I am trying to setup SMTP email for the first time. I go into
Account Settings
Routine Emails
SMTP Settings tab

Enter my Zoho email details,

Then click Save SMTP Settings

I get the following error message every time I try, whether I’ve logged out and logged back in again, or refreshed

500 - Server Error

We’re very sorry, there was a problem loading this page.

Don’t worry we have all the details and will look into the problem.

You may want to go back and try again. If that doesn’t work try logging back in from the homepage.
