Snail Mail Declined

Hi All,

My snail mail invoices are being declined - “The item cannot be dispatched, often due to a problem with the destination address.” The addresses have not changed, so what has gone wrong?

The “Neon” invoice format you’re using isn’t supported by the snail mail tool as the address is in the wrong position.

If you go through the motions of sending an invoice by snail mail it will reveal a red box where it expects the address to be.

Have you changed the invoice template recently?

Yes, I have. I didn’t see a warning on the template. I’ll change it back
