Hello,

We are planning to use the snail mail feature. Just a couple of short questions:

  • is the service available also for overseas customers?
  • is a price list available?

Hi @ebafin

The snail mail feature is UK only I’m afraid. The mail is delivered by iMail (a subsidiary of UK Mail) - they don’t currently support overseas delivery as far as I’m aware.

There’s no price list, but you will be shown the price before you confirm anything based on the document(s) you’re trying to send. Obviously, the more pages you send, the higher the cost.

Thanks for your timely reply. Unfortunately, many of our customers are abroad - at the moment, we have to find a different solution
