The software is not loading on one of the computers, it just keeps refreshing. The software is loading fine on my laptop and one of the other computers in the office. I have spoken to computer support company and they are saying the browsers are working it must be some settings. Please can you help!
Have you tried another browser on the same computer?
What browser and operating system are you using (e.g. Chrome on Windows 7)?
I have tried Mozilla Firefox and Chrome and the same issue is happening on both and
Windows 7 Professional
The fact that it’s not the browser, and it works on other computers, suggests that it’s something on that computer in particular.
Have you installed any new software recently, like antivirus, or windows updates, or anything like that? No one else has reported any issues with QuickFile not loading.
If you have a subscription with an IT help desk, I’d recommend going back to them as they probably know your computer (and I’m guessing would have access to it too), so would probably be a better help if I’m honest
Problems here too since I logged in half an hour ago. Runs very slowly or hangs. (Firefox)
I’m not experiencing any issues where with FireFox on Win 7, but leave it with me. I’ve asked @Glenn to have a look at this topic
