I tried to post in other topic but all are closed now.
I set up my Quickfile account as sole trader and never used it.
Now I incorporated as LTD company and want to use Quickfile for accounting.
I’m planning on using same email as I did as a sole trader so to fee up this email I deleted my quickfile account completely, but when I try to register new account I’m getting the message that this name is already in use. Can I not use the same name as before?
Maybe I need to wait longer but please can someone advise how long it usually takes to delete the account and free up the details?

Account deletions are queued along with other tasks and run during off-peak hours to ensure the service remains reliable and quick during peak hours.
I have located your account and updated the subdomain, freeing up the one you had used. This is now available again for you, so you don’t have to wait for the deletion to complete.
