Sole Trader using Personal Account

My Sole Trader uses the same account for Business and Personal.
I have been deleting the personal items when tagging from the bank.
When I do his end of year accounts does this mean I can disregards the bank account balance on the Balance Sheet?
I only really need the figures for Self Assessment but having cleared down Petty Cash and Drawings to 3100 (on advice) I wondered about the Bank Account. Having deleted instead of using drawings account…

I can’t see it making a difference, providing what you report is an accurate representation of your business. It is recommended in most cases that a business bank account is set up for the business, just to save a headache.

You may wish to just double check this with your accountant, or wait for one to reply here, just to be sure.
