Sorry same old question over and over!

Hi there - I am failing to give my accountant access. She works for a company which may already have someone accessing a quickfile client. Why this has to be such a problem defeats me but I don’t understand how to get round this issue? I have read in the help pages that a different email address might work but I don’t understand what that means. Does she have to set up a personal email account that I can then link to? An email address can only be assigned to a single QuickFile account.

One way around this for your accountant would be to create an email address for them for your company, give them access to it and add the email as a user to your QuickFile account.

Accountants who deal with multiple QuickFile accounts should really be using our Affinity software which does allow them to manage multiple clients from a single email.
