Sporting and social events

My club organise a number of sporting and social events during the year. The events have their own accounts showing income/expenditure and profit/loss. Income would usually be entry fees and expediture could be venue hire, permit fees, awards and others. Our final accounts list these. How do I record this in QF?

Would I tag these with the event name and would I be able to show this in final accounts or should this be tackled in another way?

I would have a chat with your accountant about that, there’s not likely to be any short answer. In general all income is entered as a sales invoice and expenditure on purchase invoices.
