I’m trying to activate a Starling Bank Feed to connect to my Quickfile Account. Once I’ve selected ‘Connect Me’ I’m prompted to enter my Starling Bank account number and my phone number. Having entered these details an error code always shows (Please check details and retry). Having checked the details are correct the error always shows… please help…

This may be down to browser cache.
If possible please try the following
- Clear your browser cache
- Try an alternative device such as another computer or your phones browser
