Hi - I have deleted and re-set up my Starling bank feed. All seems to be connected but it is not updating. There is no “refresh bank feed” option… Is that correct?

The Starling feeds works a little bit different to the other feeds, in that it’s “live”. So when you get a notification on your phone from Starling, we also receive a notification and update your QuickFile account.
We may be able to refresh your feed from our end - let me send you a private message to take a look
