Starling Bank - Feed not working

Hello,

I recently started using QuickFile. After doing some testing I deleted my transactions to start fresh. The feed from my Starling Account now won’t show any entries. I have specified the account start date. Does the feed show old entries (prior to linking), do I need to import statements predating the linking, or is there an issue with the feed? Appreciate any assistance. Thanks.

Hi again. I now have found in the knowledge base that the feed will only start from when the feed is connected, not from the start date specified. Reed first, ask after :slight_smile:
